SCAT aims to facilitate the circulation and appreciation of digital assets through technological innovation, while enhancing user interaction and participation.

With the rapid development of blockchain technology, the application range of digital assets is continuously expanding, from initial currency transactions to current gaming, art collection, and complex financial products. However, these applications are mostly built on different blockchain platforms, leading to limited asset liquidity and interoperability. SCAT was created in response to this challenge, striving to break these limitations and establish a comprehensive digital economy platform running on the Bitcoin blockchain.
